The Clippers’ 2023/24 City Edition Jersey celebrates the love of basketball that permeates the city, culture and organization. The design takes inspiration from their ‘80s jerseys, but features modern and distinct elements of LA basketball.
Behind the DesignThe navy and pacific blue colors nod to the Clippers’ nautical heritage. The “Clips” wordmark across the chest is a custom drawing by LA-based artist and Clippers fan Jonas Wood, paying homage to classic Clippers wordmarks. The jock tag anthem features signature drawings of Jonas' signature basketballs, as well as his iconic plant drawings that overlap the “LA Clippers” wordmark.
